Processing
- Each order is carefully prepared and packed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Time
- We ship worldwide, and most orders arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs clearance.
USA**: 7–10 biz days
Rest of the World**: 7–20 biz days depending on where you're at
Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ouber gear.
If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery — free of charge. - To start a return, simply contact our support team at oubergym@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
