Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and packed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Time

We ship worldwide, and most orders arrive within 9–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs clearance.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ouber gear.
If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery — free of charge.

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@oubergym.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
